As a customer or a prospective customer of amatis Networks you will be reassured to know that amatis already fully complies with GDPR ( General Data Protection Regulations).

What are the GDPR regulations and how does that apply to me and my Company?

The GDPR will apply in the UK from 25 May 2018. The government has confirmed that the UK’s decision to leave the EU will not affect the commencement of the GDPR.

In straightforward terms you and your Company’s details are protected under GDPR legislation.

amatis only collects the following data from Customers and prospective Customers

  • Publicly available data such as that available from Companies House, Linkedin other social media
  • Company data such as company contact information including email addresses, company or private mobile phone numbers, bank account details and other information given to amatis in the course of doing or preparing to do business together
  • Data purchased from third party providers where that data has been collected by the third party under “Legitimate Interest” and where “Consent” has been affirmatively given by the information owner i.e. you or an authorised representative of your Company.
